He is joined by three potential allies each with unique abilities, including Sypha, a sorceress with powerful magic; Grant, a pirate who can climb walls; and Alucard, Dracula’s son, who can shoot fireballs and turn into a bat. Their collaborative efforts determine the game’s narrative outcome.

“Castlevania III” provides two main pathways through its sixteen stages, each offering unique challenges and areas to explore, such as Dracula’s castle fronts and underground caverns. This structure supports extensive replayability by allowing different character experiences and strategic decisions, culminating in different game endings based on companion choices and pathways.
