Zoids Saga Fuzors

The “Zoids Saga” series, exclusive to the Game Boy Advance, immerses players in a world of mechanized creatures known as Zoids. These games are party-based role-playing games (RPGs) where players lead a team of Zoid pilots through a series of adventures and battles. As players navigate both the expansive overworld and various dungeons, they encounter wild Zoids and enemy pilots that they must defeat to progress in the game.

Players are tasked with constructing Zoids from technical data captured during their quests. They must also assign pilots to these Zoids and strategically organize their team into a battle formation. This preparation plays a crucial role in the game’s turn-based combat system.

In battles, combat takes place on two opposing grids, each sized two by three. The player’s six Zoids, which are arranged in the predetermined battle formation, face off against enemy forces. Success in combat relies on effectively utilizing the Zoids’ weaponry, the pilots’ skills, and special orders known as deck commands. This combination of strategy, customization, and tactical combat makes the “Zoids Saga” series a deeply engaging experience for RPG enthusiasts.
